Include some decent selection tools such as a clone tool, eraser brush as well as a decent set of brush styles.

This is just a tool with a special resizing feature. It could be part of a photo-edditing software with lots of whistles and bells. In fact Photoshop has "content aware scaling" among lots of other features.
But turning that around, why expect the makers of iResize to code for a complete photo-edditing tool. I think this is far fetched. Not impossible though.
