Add the ability to lock the aspect ratio when changing the aspect ratio of an image so as to keep the proportions correct. - this is an essential pre-requisite for such a tool
This... I tried to use this software to change the aspect ratio of a few images. I wanted it to widen the image and shorten it. I expected the software to simply shrink the height uniformly, then widen the parts of the image I marked as unimportant. Instead it squished the height on part of the important parts.... I can get around this by resizing the image ahead of time, but I don't see why I should have to.
How could you ever lock the aspect ratio when you want to change it. That really doesnt make sense.'
The kind of local resizing will by definnition change proprtions in the relation object to background.
